Review engagements under SSARS AR-C §90 and compilation engagements under AR-C §80, with or without disclosures. We do not cover preparation engagements (AR-C §70) or audits. No. We work under a contractual no-training commitment with our technology provider, so nobody can use your documents to train, improve, or fine-tune a model. Not us, and not our technology partners. We keep them until you delete them, so the engagement is still there when you come back to it. Delete any engagement from your dashboard whenever you want, and everything goes within 30 days of closing your account. If you ran a review before creating an account, write to us and we will delete those files, no account needed. Read the retention table.

Your first engagement is free and complete, with no card. After that a subscription is $199 per month, or $1,990 per year, and covers unlimited engagements of both kinds with no per-engagement charge. One subscription covers one signing practitioner. See both plans.

No, and nothing can. We calibrate against the deficiencies AICPA peer reviewers most often cite, and we hold every document review to a suite of labeled test engagements: clean files that should come back with nothing, files carrying one planted defect, borderline files where the severity is the point, special-purpose frameworks, and multi-document consistency cases. That tells us the review still behaves on the shapes we have written down. It does not tell us how it behaves on yours, so when a finding is wrong, clear it with your response or flag it and we work the ones you flag. Read every finding before you act on it: your reviewer will exercise judgment, and so should you. What we look at, and what we leave to you.
